Celebrating Black History Month with our own Luminous Entrepreneurs

Luminary kicked off Black History Month with a thought-provoking panel discussion with Luminary members Dee Marshall, Aliya Thomas, Precious Williams, and Chelsea Williams.

They discussed their goals, achievements, and challenges that they have faced as women of color and entrepreneurs. A key takeaway is the importance of validating that others have real and unique experiences and that should never be pushed up against, especially for women of color. It's also critical to get rid of the fear and have the audacity to put your unique self out there.

You should be asking yourself "What is the story or struggle that is only yours?" And finally, always give yourself to you before you give yourself to others.
