Tell us a bit about yourself? I am a trained sociologist, brand strategist and cocktail enthusiast who is on a mission to revolutionize the spirits industry for women! I am the Founder and CEO of Pomp & Whimsy, a classically distilled gin infused with a natural, delightfully flavorful botanical liqueur.

How did you get started with your current career path/business journey? I have spent the last 20 years working in the field of consumer insights where I have specialized in advocating for the female consumer across a range of industries.

What do you find is the most rewarding aspect of what you do? I really love creating a connection with other people, both women, and men, through a product and a brand that is shaped unapologetically by the female experience.

How are you inviting other women to take a seat at the table? I make it my business to connect with other female founders in my industry and find ways for us to help each other. I believe strongly in the idea that a rising tide lifts all ships and we are stronger together.

What impact has Luminary made in your career? I am constantly amazed at how many people I meet either directly through Luminary, or who in some other way connect back to Luminary. It's an extremely special community of women.
