Prior to her career in Client Partnerships, Feriel held various Finance roles at technology
companies including Facebook, Pivotal Software, and Dell-EMC.

Feriel is the Head of Partnerships for Women @ Facebook New York and is the representative
of the New York chapter across North America. She leads building and fostering partnerships
with other ERGs and external groups in the NY community and is focused on elevating diverse
perspectives.

Sohni Bhandutia is a visionary who connects and inspires those around her through masterful storytelling. Currently, she is the Communications & Digital Strategy Manager at Unilever, a multinational consumer goods company which manufactures well-known and loved brands including Hellmann’s mayonnaise, Breyers ice cream, and Dove personal care products. In her role, Sohni creates communication strategies that successfully energize colleagues while fostering “People & Planet Positive” culture and building a sense of community within the organization.

Sohni also has the privilege of serving as Vice President of GALvanize, the Women’s Network at Unilever, where every ‘U’ helps empower women & girls. From head to toe, Unilever strives to smash negative gender stereotypes, promote self-esteem, and make a world in which every woman and girl can create the kind of life she wishes to lead. Holding this position allows Sohni to live out her purpose of empowering those around her each day.

Sohni is a proud alum of Rutgers Business School. She is an accomplished Indian Classical dancer and a loyal New York Yankees and New York Giants fan. She grew up in a Gujarati-American household in New Jersey and loves to travel, watch movies, and listen to music.

Career wise, Lauren is a Global Client Partner, whose role is to provide account, client success and project management strategy across global markets to Indeed's largest enterprise brands.

Ed is an SVP in the Partner Solutions group overseeing the sales effort across multiple platforms and brands for several agencies and clients, most notably the accounts of OMD, Hearts & Science, PHD, OMNet within the Omnicom Media Group holding company.

In his role he is accountable for coordinating the efforts of his team of VPs, Directors, AEs, and SSEs.  He directs the strategy and is responsible for significant revenue from premier advertisers such as McDonald’s, AT&T, Warner Bros., Apple, Clorox, State Farm and P&G to name a few.

He has worked at Viacom for 19+ years, starting as a Director of New Business Strategy at Paramount Syndication Sales in 2002.  In 2005, Ed was recruited internally to join the LOGO TV launch team as Director of AD Sales and was eventually promoted to VP Head of Sales, LOGO TV in 2008.  His role evolved into VP of Sales for Emerging Networks including LOGO TV, MTV2, mtvU and MTV TR3S.  December 2011 Ed was promoted to SVP AD Sales across the breath of the ViacomCBS cable portfolio.

He has been an unwavering advocate for Viacom’s LGBTQ employees having served at Executive Champion of the Emerge ERG for the last 7 years.  He gives back to the community by serving on GMHC’s Board of Directors.

LaShauna Fox is the Program Manager for Women on the Move—a global Diversity & Inclusion effort by JPMorgan Chase to empower women inside and outside of the bank. The program’s key objectives are to expand women-run businesses, improve women’s financial health and advance women’s career growth. As Program Manager, she works on a team to set the strategy for this group, manage budget and external partnerships, and partner with colleagues to execute programs and track results.

Prior to this role, she was a Business Support Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking for the Finance and Business Management group. In this role, she directly managed 60+ staff members across 26 different LOBs in 10 different US cities. She’s also held the following roles during her time at JP Morgan: Operations Supervisor for Receivable Operations and Operations Manager in Commercial Banking. In the latter, she lead a global team where she was directly responsible for maintaining the data integrity for a portfolio of over 30,000 clients with more than $75 billion in credit relationships. She’s worked in the financial industry for 13+ years—the last 6 with JPMC. 

Throughout her career, LaShauna has always been heavily engaged in both community efforts and Business Resource groups. She is a proud Ally and the Ally Co-Chair of PRIDE Illinois for JP Morgan Chase. She is also an active member of the firm’s Black Organization for Leadership Development (BOLD) and their Volunteer Leadership Group, serving as a 5th year mentor for a local elementary school. 

 LaShauna is a DePaul University scholar and currently lives in Chicago with her pups Duchess and Benji. When not working, she enjoys watching documentaries, working out (kickboxing/bootcamps, Peloton), and enjoying fine dining and conversation with friends.

As interim President of Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) Ms. Gambardella leads Kimberly-Clark's business-to-business operations globally which provides a wide range of commercial products and services globally.  Most recently, she served as the leader for North America at Kimberly-Clark Professional, which is KCP’s largest region, spearheading a transformational growth strategy that accelerates North America’s financial, strategic, and operational results. In her current role as interim President of KCP Global, Ms. Gambardella will continue to lead North America.

For more than three decades, Ms. Gambardella has been instrumental in building strong teams and delivering significant results. She spent 27 years with The Coca-Cola Company and held leadership positions in marketing customer and general management, both domestically and globally. 

In addition to her role at KCP, Ms. Gambardella recently joined the board of Shore Capital and serves on the board of directors for Girls, Inc.

Prior to joining Stripe, Jade was a member of the Mastercard Start Path team, the company’s global fintech engagement program, and Mastercard’s accelerated innovation vertical, The Foundry. In these roles, she supported the launch of two new Start Path programming tracks dedicated to early-stage crypto and underrepresented-founded fintechs; as well as, aided partners in amplifying their technological impact through experiential marketing and product innovation.

In 2012, she took on additional responsibilities for workplace risk management before she was appointed Head of HR in 2018. Prior to joining RBC, she worked as a senior associate counsel at a Minneapolis law firm, practicing in the areas of employment counseling and litigation.

Luze received a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Michigan and graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Tubman Center, which promotes safe and healthy individuals and families through education and support services.

When she’s not in the office, Shareen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Before starting Luminary, Cate spent twenty years in financial services leading global multibillion-dollar businesses. Previously, she was Global Head of Multinational Corporate Banking for HSBC, managing more than 2,000 employees worldwide and prior to that, she served as Head of Multinational Corporate Banking at J.P. Morgan EMEA based in London. She spent her early years in Latin America with Bank of America across both consumer and wholesale banking. She started her career working in tech in China. 

Cate is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she was named its Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020, and in 2021 joined its Board of Governors. She has a master’s degree in International Relations from Georgetown University.

A long-time advocate for empowering women and girls, she serves on the National Board for Girls Inc., as a WE.NYC mentor, and sits on the Boards of Pomp & Whimsy and WaterAid.

Myiah McCullough is the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Condé Nast partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure the development and integration of Condé Nast global workforce diversity strategy for employee resource groups, developing diverse talent, fostering an inclusive work environment and ensuring management accountability. Prior to stepping into the D&I space, Myiah was the Enterprise Sales Associate within Condé Nast managing the two Senior Suite Executives leading the Digital Operations and Enterprise Innovation organization. 

Myiah is passionate about bringing employees at Condé together and creating a space for everyone to grow in their careers, learn, and thought-share, while amplifying diverse voices. Myiah currently sits on the Junior Advisory Board in partnership with The Estee Lauder Companies and is a participant in the Condé Nast Reversed Mentorship Pilot Program.

Holly serves as a strategic partner to clients as well as Heidrick & Struggles leaders to plan and architect customized engagements that integrate solutions to enable the best outcomes. She has worked in several industries, including healthcare and life sciences, insurance, and financial services. 

Holly served in several roles over her time with the firm. She brings a strong knowledge of how shaping organizational culture is a key differentiator for her clients—which can drive innovation, collaboration, and inspiration that leads to improved bottom-line performance. In 2011, Holly helped found Senn Delaney’s healthcare practice in response to significant shifts impacting the industry.

Prior to joining Heidrick, Holly spent 10 years with Berlitz, an international language and cross-cultural training company. Her experience working with global accounts and project scopes provided her with the skills needed to understand the diverse goals of client engagements, and how to achieve them.

She has served on various professional boards in her career, including the Los Angeles chapter of the Professionals in Human Resources Association, and the Charleston chapter of the American Marketing Association.

She currently oversees all things ERG leadership and operations, training and strategically advising LinkedIn’s 500+ ERG leaders and crafting solutions to streamline ecosystem processes and systems. A queer Latinx professional, she is dedicated to creating transformational and experiential learning environments for historically excluded communities to grow and thrive. Meredith Morales is a Senior Global Program Manager on LinkedIn’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIBs) Team, and has over 13 years of industry experience in the HR and Diversity and Inclusion space as a dedicated DEI Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development Strategist.   Prior to joining the LinkedIn Team, Meredith worked for the 5th largest wireless- telecom provider as Diverse Talent Manager, where she guided the organization through Diversity Recruitment Strategies externally and had a dual focus on enabling diverse internal succession slates for internal talent. Meredith also has experience in Financial Services and Consulting through her time with Aon Hewitt where she led an enterprise team accountable for delivering Diversity & Campus Talent Strategies across North America.   Prior to consulting,  Meredith served as Senior Diversity Recruiter for The Federal Reserve System. Outside of her role with LinkedIn, Meredith served as Vice President  on the Executive Board of Chicago SHRM (Society of HR Management) , and currently serves on the Advisory Board of NAAAHR, and  DePaul University’s MSHR  Advisory Board.   Prior to her career in HR, Meredith spent time in the Finance industry on Wall Street's New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).  Meredith holds a B.A. cum laude from Adelphi University in NY, and an M.A. from Northwestern University in Chicago.

As the Head of Inclusion and Diversity at WW, one of Monika’s goals is to expand WW’s commitment to inspire healthier habits for all and doing so by focusing on equity, access, and community — internally and externally. In addition to launching and sustaining inclusion programs that enable behavior and culture change, Monika possesses a passion for helping people to find strength and success in their own story. Her passion for coaching comes from her own personal weight loss and wellness journey, losing 86 pounds on WW over a decade ago. Through her various roles at WW corporate, 13 years as a member, and 11 years as a Coach, Monika knows the power of the WW brand and community.   Understanding the value of community and meeting people where they are, Monika  spearheaded WW’s inaugural presence and activations at the 2019 Essence Festival in New Orleans, LA and at the UNCF Women who Lead Luncheon. In 2020, Monika launched the first WW Black Women’s Virtual Workshops, to drive real change for a more equity and understanding in wellness. These Workshops create a safe space for Black women to come together and spend time on their own wellness and self-care. Monika also launched identity based workshops for the LGBTQIA+ community, Workshops in Spanish, and Workshops with American Sign Language.  In her role, Monika has also created “brave” space for employees to have meaningful and tough conversations related to inclusion, diversity, and equity. Monika holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Africana Studies, with a focus on History and Race Relations in the US, and a Masters degree in Management. Monika believes in always being a student, especially of people. While maintaining her own weight loss for over a decade, Monika has also become a AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor and believes that wellness is not a one size fits all, needs to reflect the individual and of course delicious food.

Alexa is an Associate Director and Client Solutions Strategist in the Family Office Solutions Group within Private Wealth Management. The Family Office Solutions Group holistically serves $100m + clients and family offices in partnership with Private Wealth Advisors. In her role, Alexa works closely with senior client-facing experts, leading complex, multi-product transactions and helping design custom offerings based on client needs. Additionally, she is responsible for financial reporting and contributes to business development efforts for the group. 

Prior to joining the Family Office Solutions Group, she was a member of the UBS Graduate Training Program, a rotational analyst program within Global Wealth Management. In the program, she rotated through areas such as Alternative Investments, Advanced Planning and the Private Wealth Management division. 

Alexa graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in International Relations – Global Business and a minor in Chinese. She currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Janani founded and leads Bridgewater’s Investment Women’s Network (IWN), and is on the leadership board of Bridgewater’s firmwide Women’s Influence Network. She previously spent several years in Bridgewater’s Research Department across the FX, Macro, and Equities teams. She earned her B.A. from the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania and originally is from Troy, Michigan.

She joined Spotify in 2019 when the team was ~30 people and has worked to grow the team to above 100. She has recruited across the org for Sales, Marketing, Product, R&D, Administrative and Creative roles. She currently is a lead for the Spotify Womens@ ERG and has helped coordinate programming and other events.

Sam joined Spotify after working at Betts Recruiting in NYC. At Betts she lead the marketing recruiting segment and helped numerous SaaS start-ups hire marketing and sales talent. She holds an MBA from Mercy College with a concentration in marketing.

Michelle Rodriguez

Michelle Rodriguez is a Director on LinkedIn’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging team. She designed and leads the company’s Environment of Belonging strategy. Her team focuses on building a world class inclusive workplace through activating a culture of allyship, fostering inclusive leadership, and engaging executive champions. Michelle also oversees LinkedIn’s Employee Resource Group team that provides leadership development and operational support to 500+ employee leaders from 10 global employee resource groups (ERGs) that impact 6000+ employee members across 30+ offices. 

Over 10 years, she has worked in the tech space at companies like VMware, Yahoo, and SAP focused on employee engagement and workplace inclusion. Before her career in tech, she worked in the non profit sector with immigrant communities and college access organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Ethnic Studies from Santa Clara University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.

As a Senior Experience Consultant at Slack, Elaine advises the largest and most strategic customers on how to design and prepare people for new ways of working, increase product adoption and elevate the maturity of Slack usage across the Enterprise. Leveraging her 6+ years of consulting experience, Elaine brings creativity, inclusivity and thought leadership to her customers to solve complex enterprise challenges. 

Prior to Slack, Elaine worked at IBM where she advised both national and international financial organizations on how they can transform their marketing capabilities to thrive in the digital age.

As a champion of change, Elaine has been recognized for igniting organizational transformation within IBM. She is the co-founder and leader of the Women at IBM NYC Employee Resource Group with over 3K community members, named top Business Resource Group in 2019. Elaine also led a team to develop a North America IBM iX onboarding program for early professional new hires in 2018 and 2019, with over 90 participants in the program and a record high NPS score. She also co-founded an internal global initiative, the IBM iX Ambassador Program, with the mission of connecting global teams to share work, best practices and failures to inspire collaboration. The Ambassador Program is now over 100+ members, across 41 countries and is a key culture initiative for the organization.

Since graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut School of Business, Caitlin has cultivated her career in Marketing at IBM.  As a Field Marketing Leader she is responsible for landing the marketing strategy in the US Distribution market by working directly with sales teams to create experiences that improve relationships, build brand reputation, and ultimately drive revenue with top clients. As a champion of community and the Co-Founder of Women at IBM NYC, she is fiercely passionate about building cultures where everyone can thrive through diversity, equity and inclusion. Through her efforts she received the 2021 IBM BRG Leader of the Year Award. 

Outside of her ‘day job’ Caitlin is an active within the greater New York community; she is a mentor for high school and college students and a Board Member of Live2Ball, a non-profit benefiting Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center. When’s she isn’t planning events, she’s plotting her next international destination, trying out a new restaurant in NYC, or watching a UConn basketball game.

Kia L. Wilson is a Washington, DC based Digital Marketing Manager (Online Video) at Verizon Communications with responsibility leading cross-functional team supporting multiple internal and external stakeholders. During her twelve year tenure with Verizon, Kia has driven revenue improvement, directed multiple projects simultaneously, interfaced with business clients, and served as subject matter expert on various projects.

An expert at leveraging the power of data and digital innovation that drives integrated solutions to business improvements, Kia has wide ranging business experience in operations, human resources, and communications. Kia’s greatest strengths include in strategic marketing, public relations, project management, team leadership, addressing customers’ needs, driving improvement, as well as enhancing client engagement. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. Her most recent project realized over $4M in annualized expense savings to date by analyzing root cause of product marketing and workflow gaps.

In November 2015 Kia received the Exceptional Quantitative Tool Usage Award from Verizon’s Lean Six Sigma organization while she served as a certified black belt and process improvement manager. Other honors include being formally recognized by Verizon for flawless execution of the copper wire center conversion communications campaign, Best in Class Project Completion Award, and being rated as a top 10% leader in the organization for two consecutive years.

Kia is Global Vice President of the Women’s Association of Verizon Employees a member of the Consortium of Information/Telecommunication Executives, a member of American Marketing Association. Kia uses her marketing knowledge to give back to the community as Volunteer Marketing Director of The Power of Pink Foundation, Inc.

Kia holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland at College Park.
